Actions pertaining to Final Map of Tract No. 6272:
1. RESOLUTION - Approving the Final Map of Tract No. 6272, Phase 4 of Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 6258, and accepting dedicated public uses offered therein except for dedications offered subject to City acceptance of developer installed required improvements - north side of Ashlan between Hayes and Bryan Avenue (Council District 1).

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution approving the Final Map of Tract No. 6272 and accepting the dedicated public uses offered therein, and to authorize the Public Works Director or his designee to execute the subdivision agreement on behalf of the City.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Subdivider, Ashlan Hayes Developers, Inc., a California corporation (Josh Peterson, President), has filed for approval, the Final Map of Tract No. 6272, Phase 4 of Vesting Tentative Map No. 6258, for a 22-lot single-family residential subdivision with seven outlots for landscaping, Public Utility, and pedestrian purposes, located on the north side of Ashlan Avenue between Hayes Avenue and Bryan Avenue on 8.43 acres.
BACKGROUND
The Fresno City Planning Commission on January 8, 2020, approved Vesting Tentative Map No. 6258 (Tentative Map) for a 318-lot single-family residential subdivision on 49.29 acres. The Tentative Map was approved consistent with the Fresno General Plan and the West Area Community Plan to comply with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act.
