Actions pertaining to the Downtown Redevelopment Grant Water and Sewer Improvements Project (Council District 3):
1. ***RESOLUTION - Adopting the 6th Amendment to the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 2024-122 appropriating $3,495,800 for the Downtown Redevelopment Grant Water and Sewer Improvements Project (Requires 5 Affirmative Votes) (Subject to Mayor's Veto);
2. Approve the Third Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement with Carollo Engineers Inc. of Fresno, California, in the amount of $427,370, increasing the total contract amount to $3,164,649, with a remaining contingency of $374,000, to expand the scope of services to include construction support for the Downtown Redevelopment Grant Water and Sewer Improvements Project.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends City Council (1) adopt the 6th Amendment to the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 2024-122 appropriating $3,495,800 for the Downtown Redevelopment Grant Water and Sewer Improvements Project (Project), (2) approve the Third Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement with Carollo Engineers Inc., of Fresno, California, in the amount of $427,370, increasing the total contract amount to $3,164,649, with a remaining contingency of $374,000 to expand the scope of services to include construction support for the Downtown Redevelopment Grant Water and Sewer Improvements Project, and authorize the Capital Projects Director or designee to sign and execute the Third Amendment on behalf of the City of Fresno (City).
