Please Take Notice that the President of the Council of the City of Fresno hereby calls a Special Meeting of the City Council on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as it may be heard, in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Hall, 2600 Fresno Street, Fresno, California.  The purpose of the special meeting is to meet and consider the following:
