The Parks, Recreation and Arts Commission (PRAC) met in regular session in the  
Council Chamber at Fresno City Hall on the date and time above written.

Chair McCoy called the meeting to order at 5:34 P.M.

everyone for the warm welcome.  
COMMISSIONER BARRAZA REPORTS AND COMMENTS: Welcomed the  
new PRAC Commissioners.  
CHAIR MCCOY REPORTS AND COMMENTS: Welcomed the new PRAC  
Commissioners.

City Administration and PARCS Staff Reports and Comments  
DEPUTY CITY MANAGER RUIZ REPORTS AND COMMENTS: Welcomed  
the new PRAC Commissioners and gave background information.  
PARCS DIRECTOR AGUIRRE REPORTS AND COMMENTS: Announced  
several events including: an ice cream social at 18 park locations last week,  
a successful Fresno Summer Nights event at Roma Park, a Camp Fresno  
active at Dinky Creek with both day and overnight camps, swim lessons and  
recreational swim programs are ongoing, community centers operating at  
full capacity, a ribbon cutting at Broadway Park, Rotary East pickleball  
complex recently opened with cricket pitches nearing completion. Thanked  
the community for their patience during construction closures, and  
encouraged residents to follow social media for updates on events and  
amenities
