Commissioner Soto reported the timeline will need to be adjusted based on  
the feedback received. They will meet with the consultant to discuss how to  
tailor the survey .

There was no update from the San Joaquin River Parkway.

COMMISSIONER SOTO REPORTS AND COMMENTS: Acknowledged the  
difficulties in postponement of Hearing item 12-B; expressed regret if delay  
cause any issues for community; acknowledged the need for improvement  
for communication, and expressed disappointment in the delay of the  
outreach survey.

There were no reports and comments from the administration or PARCS  
Department.

"P" in the PARCS Master Plan; progress of the PARCS Master Plan, and  
Parks master Plan updates; Highest Needs Neighborhoods Subcommittees,  
and involvement in the technical amendment to the PARCS Master Plan.

"Emerging Organizations General Operating Support" be APPROVED. The

The above minutes were approved by unanimous vote of the Parks, Recreation, and  
Arts Commission during the August 19, 2024, regular meeting with Commissioner  
Miller, and Commissioner Soto absent.
