THE ACTIVE TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE WELCOMES YOU TO CITY

STREET, FRESNO, CALIFORNIA 93721.  
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION – Public participation during Committee meetings is always  
encouraged and can occur in one of the two following ways:  
1) Participate In Person:  
City Hall, Conference Room #2165, 2600 Fresno Street, Fresno, CA 93721  
a) To speak during a Committee meeting in person, you may approach the  
speaker table upon the Chair’s call for public comments.  
2) Participate Remotely via Zoom:  
a) The above link will allow you to register in advance for remote participation in  
the meeting via the Zoom platform. After registering, you will receive a  
confirmation email containing additional details about joining the meeting.  
b) To speak during a Committee meeting, while attending remotely in the Zoom  
application, click on the icon labeled “Participants” at the bottom of the screen.  
Then select “RaiseHand” at the bottom of the Participants window. Your digital  
hand will now be raised. You will be asked to “unmute” when your name is called  
to speak. You will not be visible via video and there will be no opportunity to share  
your screen.  
PUBLIC COMMENTS –  
a) Unless otherwise announced, all public speakers will be limited to 3 minutes.  
b) Those addressing the Committee must state their name for the record.  
c) To facilitate electronic access, no person shall speak until recognized by the  
Chair.  
d) All participants will be on mute until called upon at which point they will be  
asked to unmute.  
SUBMIT WRITTEN PUBLIC COMMENTS – Residents may also email agenda related  
documents and comments to be read during the meeting at least 24 hours prior to the  
agenda item being heard.  
a) Email Comments to: ActiveTransportation@fresno.gov  
b) Emails should include the Active Transportation Advisory Committee, the  
agenda date, and the related agenda item number, in the subject line of your  
email.  
c) Emails will be a maximum of 150 words.  
d) All comments received will be distributed to the Committee prior and during the  
meeting and will be a part of the official record.  
VIEWING CITY COMMISSION MEETINGS (non-participatory) – For your convenience,  
there are several ways to view Committee meetings live:

Should any of the viewing methods listed above experience technical difficulties, the  
Committee meeting will continue uninterrupted. Committee meetings will only be paused to  
address verifiable technical difficulties for all users participating via Zoom or in the City Hall,  
Conference Room #2165.  
The City of Fresno’s goal is to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in all  
respects. The meeting room is physically accessible. Pursuant to the Executive Order, and  
in compliance with ADA, if, as an attendee or participant at the meeting, you need  
additional accommodations such as interpreters, signers, assistive listening devices, or the

wishing to be placed on an agenda for a specified topic should contact the Traffic  
Operations and Planning Office at least seven (7) days prior to the desired date.  
ATAC action on unscheduled items, if any, shall be limited to referring the item to a  
future meeting.

Discussion on the Protected Bicycle Parking Task Force.  
Actions pertaining to the Bike Month 2026 Task Force:
