RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that City Council approve the Third Amendment to the consultant services agreement with Carollo Engineers, Inc., (Carollo), to extend the term of the contract from January 31, 2023, to December 31, 2023, for professional civil engineering services during construction for the Fresno-Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility Waste Gas Flare Improvement (Project); and authorize the Director of Public Utilities, or designee, to sign the Amendment on behalf of the City of Fresno (City).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
A consultant services agreement was previously awarded to Carollo to provide professional engineering services for the Project. Due to the delay in delivery of key components that have extended the construction period, the Project also requires an extension to the consultant services agreement to retain the necessary civil engineering support services during construction. The effective date of the Third Amendment is January 31, 2023.
