Approve the appointments of Kelly Kucharski and Christina Soto to the Parks, Recreation, and Arts Commission for a term ending July 1, 2026, and approve the reappointments of Jon Dohlin and Jose Barraza, to the Parks, Recreation, and Arts Commission for a term ending July 1, 2027. Approve the appointment of Shannon McCulligh to the Mobile Home Rent Review and Stabilization Commission as a Resident Commissioner for a term ending June 30, 2024. Approve the reappointment of Linda Moreno to the Civil Service Board for a term ending June 30, 2027.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Parks, Recreation, and Arts Commission has nine members appointed by the Mayor. One vacancy currently exists with two Commissioners serving expired terms. The Mayor’s Office is providing the appointments of Kelly Kucharski (Resident of District 4) and Christina Soto (Resident of District 3) with terms ending on July 1, 2026. Additionally, the Mayor’s Office is providing the reappointment of Jon Dohlin (Resident of District 3) and Jose Barraza (Resident of District 5) with terms ending on July 1, 2027, for consideration.
The Mobile Home Rent Review and Stabilization Commission has five Commissioners appointed by the Mayor. Three vacancies currently exist. The Mayor’s Office is providing the appointment of Shannon McCulligh (Resident of District 4) as a Resident Commissioner with a term ending on June 30, 2024, for consideration.
The Civil Service Board has five members appointed by the Mayor. One vacancy currently exists. The Mayor’s Office is providing the reappointment of Linda Moreno (Resident of District 6) with a term ending June 30, 2027, for consideration.
