***RESOLUTION - Adopt the Sixteenth Amendment to the FY 2025 Salary Resolution No. 2024-120, amending Exhibit 13-1, Unit 13, Exempt Supervisory and Professional (CFPEA) by adding the new classification of Trolley Supervisor and providing a monthly salary step plan range, effective April 21, 2025; and amending Exhibit 14, Management Classes (CFMEA), by adding the new classification of Trolley Manager and providing a monthly salary step plan range, effective April 21, 2025 (Subject to Mayor's Veto)

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that Council adopt the Sixteenth Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2025 Salary Resolution No. 2024-120 to add the new classification of Trolley Supervisor and providing a monthly salary step plan range, effective April 21, 2025; and amend Exhibit 14, Management Classes (CFMEA), by adding the new classification of Trolley Manager and providing a monthly salary step plan range, effective April 21, 2025.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As the General Services Department continues to evaluate trolley services, there is a need for oversight in the division for operational support. The Trolley Supervisor and Trolley Manager classifications will be focused on supervising staff along with planning, organizing and managing trolley services, respectively. The following new classifications are recommended:
* Exhibit 13, Unit 13, Exempt Supervisory and Professional (CFPEA)
* Trolley Supervisor monthly salary will be set at Step A - Step E: $6,389 - $7,729.
* Exhibit 14, Unit 14, Management Classes (CFMEA)
* Trolley Manager monthly salary will be set at Step A - Step I: .$8,063 - $9,828.
These actions will not require additional appropriations. The City has provided notice to the respective bargaining units and has met its meet and confer obligation.
