Title
Approve an Amendment to the existing Enterprise Agreement for a three-year extension with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (Esri), for GIS licensing and services, in the amount of $1,791,000.

RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommend that the Council authorize the Chief Information Officer to amend and extend the current Enterprise Agreement (EA) between the City of Fresno and Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. The EA Fee for the extension is $1,791,000, to be paid in three annual installments of $554,400 (FY 26), $595,100 (FY 27), and $641,500 (FY 28). The EA Fee covers EA Products, EA Maintenance, Advantage Program benefits, and Esri User Conference registrations.
