Actions related to accepting grant funds from the Fresno Madera - Area Agency on Aging for the Senior Hot Meals program at six sites citywide:
1. Authorize the Parks, After School, Recreation and Community Services Department to accept a grant for $25,900 from the Older American Act Title III C1 grant funds from the Fresno Madera - Area Agency on Aging for the Senior Hot Meals program at six sites citywide.

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Council authorize the Parks, After School, Recreation and Community Services (PARCS) Department to accept a grant award for $25,900 for program equipment at six Senior Hot Meals program (SHM) sites, authorize PARCS' Assistant Director or designee to sign all necessary documents to accept and implement the grant, subject to prior approval as to form by the City Attorney's Office, and adopt the 41st amendment to the Annual Appropriations Resolution No. 2016-118 to appropriate $25,900 for the SHM program.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Fresno-Madera Area Agency on Aging (FMAAA) has received additional one time only Title III C1 grant funds, $25,900 of which it has made available to PARCS to provide congregate lunch time meals at six sites throughout Fresno.
