SUBJECT
Title
RESOLUTION - amending certain designated positions which shall be subject to the conflict of interest code and defining categories of disclosures for such positions

Body
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends adopting the resolution to amend designated filing positions within the conflict of interest code to comply with the Political Reform Act of 1974 (Act).
