Title
Action pertaining to the design of the Recycled Water Transmission Main along Madison Avenue, Valentine Avenue, Whitesbridge Avenue and Brawley Avenue (Council District 3 and Fresno County)
1. ***RESOLUTION - 26th amendment to the Annual Appropriation Resolution (AAR) No. 2017-165 appropriating $431,600 for design of the Recycled Water Main along Madison Avenue, Valentine Avenue, Whitesbridge Avenue and Brawley Avenue (Requires 5 affirmative votes) (Subject to Mayor's veto)
2. Award a Professional Consultant Services Agreement with Provost & Pritchard Engineering Group, Inc., in the amount of $415,307 and a contingency of $5,000 for the design of the Recycled Water Transmission Main along Madison Avenue, Valentine Avenue, Whitesbridge Avenue and Brawley Avenue

RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends that City Council appropriate the project funding, award the Professional Consultant Services Agreement in the amount of $415,307 and a contingency of $5,000 with Provost & Pritchard Engineering Group, Inc., a California Corporation, for the design of the Recycled Water Transmission Main along Madison Avenue, Valentine Avenue, Whitesbridge Avenue and Brawley Avenue and authorize the Director Public Utilities or designee to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City of Fresno.
