Actions pertaining to the disposition of City-owned parcel APN 436-023-11T (Council District 4)
1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15312 (Class 12) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines
2. ***RESOLUTION - Declaring property located on the west side of North Clark Street, south of East Buckingham Way (APN 436-023-11T) to be exempt surplus land (Subject to Mayor's Veto)
3. Approve the execution of the Agreement for Purchase and Sale of Real Property and Escrow Instructions for the sale of a 0.012-acre (540 square feet) City-owned parcel located on the west side of North Clark Street, south of East Buckingham Way, Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 436-023-11T, in the amount of $2,997 to Jose Juan Beltran; and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement, associated Grant Deed, and all necessary escrow documents for the transfer of the parcel

RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends the City Council 1) adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15312 (Class 12) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines; 2) adopt the attached Resolution declaring a 0.012-acre (540 square feet) City-owned, undeveloped parcel located on the west side of North Clark Street, south of East Buckingham Way, identified as Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 436-023-11T, to be exempt surplus land pursuant to California Government Code Section 54221 (f)(1)(B); and 3) approve the execution of the Agreement for Purchase and Sale of Real Property and Escrow Instructi...
