RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends City Council approve the First Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement with OMNI Design, Inc. (Consultant) of Fresno, California, to extend the term of the contract from December 29, 2024, to December 31, 2026, without changing the compensation of the Agreement, for the Design of Materials Storage Buildings at the Fresno-Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility (RWRF) Project (Project), and authorize the Capital Projects Director or designee to sign the First Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement on behalf of the City of Fresno.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On June 21, 2023, the Department of Public Utilities entered into an agreement with OMNI Design, Inc., of San Luis Obispo, California, in the amount of $188,843 with a contingency amount not to exceed $18,885 to provide engineering and construction support services for the Design of Materials Storage Buildings at the Fresno-Clovis RWRF Project.
