Staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution approving the Final Map of Tract No. 6053 and accepting the dedicated public uses offered therein.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Subdivider, Herndon/Hayes No. 1, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, (Robert A. McCaffrey, Manager), has filed for approval, the Final Map of Tract No. 6053, for a 15-lot single family residential subdivision private street planned development, with two outlots for open space purposes and one outlot for private street and public utility easement purposes, located on the Northeast corner of North Hayes Avenue and West Herndon Avenue on 4.30 net acres.

BACKGROUND

The Fresno City Planning Commission on January 15, 2014 adopted Resolution No. 13259 approving Vesting Tentative Map No. 6053 (Tentative Map) for a 15-lot single family residential subdivision private street planned development, with two outlots for open space purposes and one outlot for private street and public utility easement purposes on 4.30 net acres at an overall density of 3.48 units per acre.
