6. ***BILL (for Introduction and Adoption) - Approve Rezone Application No. P22-00400 to Amend the Official Zoning Map to Rezone Approximately 119 acres of Property within the Central Southeast Area Specific Plan area to be consistent with the Planned Land Use Map (Subject to Mayor's Veto).
