Title
HEARING to consider an appeal regarding the approval of Temporary Use Permit Application No. P25-02113 and adoption of related Environmental Assessment No. P25-02621 for ± 3.44 acres of property located on the west side of North “H” Street Avenue, between North Palm and North Harrison Avenues (Council District 3) - Planning and Development Department.
1. RECOMMEND ADOPTION (to the City Council) of Environmental Assessment Application No. P25-02621, a determination that the project is exempt under Section 15332/Class 32 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
2. RECOMMEND DENIAL (to the City Council) of the appeal and UPHOLD the action of the Planning and Development Department Director approving Temporary Use Permit Application No. P25-02113 and Environmental Assessment Application No. P25-02621.
