Consider adopting minor changes to the Citywide Development Code contained in Chapter 15 of the Fresno Municipal Code, as introduced by the Fresno City Council at the December 3, 2015 adoption hearing for Bill No. B-43 relating to Recycling Centers, Mobile Vendors and Small Scale Entertainment Centers in Mixed Use Districts

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
At the December 3, 2015 adoption hearing for the Citywide Development Code, the Fresno City Council introduced minor additional changes to the code sections related to Recycling Centers, Mobile Vendors, and Small Scale Entertainment Centers. Those proposed changes were introduced at that hearing and are now proposed for adoption.
