RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that the City Council 1) affirm the City Manager's determination that Street Shine Solutions, Inc., is uniquely qualified to provide comprehensive deep clean pressure washing services and 2) approve a Service Agreement with Street Shine Solutions, Inc. not to exceed $350,000 through June 30, 2027; and authorize the Director of Public Utilities, or their designee, to execute this agreement.
