Actions pertaining to pressure washing services with Street Shine Solutions, Inc., to provide comprehensive deep clean pressure washing services for the City's Tower District (District 1 and District 3)
1. Affirm the City Manager's determination that Street Shine Solutions, Inc. is uniquely qualified to provide pressure washing services
2. Approve a Service Agreement with Street Shine Solutions, Inc. to provide pressure washing services in the amount not to exceed $350,000 through June 30, 2027

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the City Council 1) affirm the City Manager's determination that Street Shine Solutions, Inc., is uniquely qualified to provide comprehensive deep clean pressure washing services and 2) approve a Service Agreement with Street Shine Solutions, Inc. not to exceed $350,000 through June 30, 2027; and authorize the Director of Public Utilities, or their designee, to execute this agreement.
