RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends Council approve the award of a Purchase Contract to Swanson Fahrney Ford, of Selma, California, for the purchase of 38 Ford vehicles for various departments in the amount of $2,152,964.

The remaining five units are designated for DPU to support their transition to zero emission vehicles under the Fleet Milestone pathway.
