RECOMMENDATIONS

It is recommended Council approve the Fourth Amendment to Salary Resolution No. 2015-108 to:

* Replace Buyer I/II with Procurement Specialist, Senior Buyer with Senior Procurement Specialist and add a salary range, and retitle Safety Specialist to Safety and Training Specialist, and amend the salary range for Safety and Training Specialist in Exhibit 3, Non-Supervisory White Collar;
* Replace Supervising Buyer with Procurement Supervisor in Exhibit 13-1, Management Non-Confidential (CFPEA);
* Amend the salary of Airports Operations Specialist in Exhibit 1, Non-Supervisory Blue Collar (Local 39);
* Amend the minimum hourly rate for the classes of Cashier Clerk, Information Services Aide, Lifeguard, Senior Lifeguard, Police Cadet I, Services Aide, Sports Official and Student Aide II in Exhibit 8 Non-Represented consistent with the California minimum wage increase effective January 1, 2016; and,
