RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the City Council (1) adopt the Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15332/ Class 32 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, (2) approve repealing Resolution Number 2024-125 and replacing it with language in support of a conditional contribution of City funds in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000 as well as City and Agency land towards the Ventura Family Apartments project, and (3) approve an Affordable Housing Agreement with Corporation for Better Housing for the Ventu...
