***RESOLUTION - Adopt the Twelfth Amendment to the FY 2025 Salary Resolution No. 2024-120, amending Exhibit 3, Unit 3, Non-Supervisory White Collar (FCEA), by adding the new classification of Right of Way Agent and providing a monthly salary step plan range, effective February 24, 2025; amending Exhibit 13-1, Unit 13, Exempt Supervisory and Professional (CFPEA) by adding the new classification of Senior Right of Way Agent and providing a monthly salary step plan range, effective February 24, 2025; and amending Exhibit 14, Management Classes (CFMEA), by adding the new classification of Right of Way Agent Manager and providing a monthly salary step plan range, effective February 24, 2025 (Subject to Mayor's Veto)

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that Council adopt the Twelfth Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2025 Salary Resolution No. 2024-120 to add the new classification of Right of Way Agent and the respective salary step plan range in Exhibit 3, Unit 3, Non-Supervisory White Collar (FCEA), effective February 24, 2025; amend Exhibit 13-1, Unit 13, Exempt Supervisory and Professional (CFPEA) to add the new classification of Senior Right of Way Agent and the respective monthly salary step plan range, effective February 24, 2025; and amend Exhibit 14, Management Classes (CFMEA) to add the new classification of Right of Way Agent Manager and the respective monthly salary step plan range, effective February 24, 2025.
