RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommend the City Council review the attached schedule of Council meeting dates and approve the Council meeting schedule for 2023.
BACKGROUND
Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure for the City Council of the City of Fresno, Council must adopt its annual calendar of regular meetings for the following 12 months during a regular meeting in December. The proposed 2023 calendar, attached hereto as exhibit “A,” has been developed in consultation with Council Vice President Maxwell. The proposed calendar is presented for adoption by the City Council.
