Title
Approve a Third Amendment to the Flock Safety Master Service Agreement between the City of Fresno Police Department and Flock Group Inc., increasing the agreement by $136,500.00, to an amount not to exceed $1,668,440.41, and adding the Department of Public Utilities for three (3) years for the subscription services of cameras and software (Citywide).

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that Council approve a Third Amendment to the Flock Safety Master Service Agreement (MSA) between the City of Fresno Police Department (FPD) and Flock Group Inc. (Flock), adding the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) - Water Division (Water) for the subscription of cameras and software, in an amount not to exceed $136,500.00, for three (3) years, and a total contract amount not to exceed $1,668,440.41; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to sign the amendment on behalf of the City of Fresno (City).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
On December 14, 2023, Council authorized the FPD to enter a MSA with Flock for the subscription services of Automated License Plate Readers (ALPR), cameras, and software for three (3) years, in an amount not to exceed $1,498,690.41, with subsequent amendments increasing the amount to $1,531,940.41. Having researched other security monitoring platforms, Water has chosen to collaborate with the FPD and Flock for cameras and software.
