RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:
1. CONSIDER Environmental Assessment No. P23-03592, dated July 23, 2024, a determination that the proposed project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) through a Class 1 (Existing Facilities) Categorical Exemption; and,
