Actions pertaining to the H Street Parking Structure Project (Council District 3)
1. Adopt a finding that the project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Class 32/Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines, and that none of the exceptions to exemptions set forth in Section 15300.2 apply
2. Approve Design-Build Contract Amendment No. 2 for Phase Two of a Progressive Design-Build Agreement with Bomel Construction Company Inc. of Irvine, California, to provide design and construction services related to the H Street Parking Structure Project in an amount not to exceed $45,123,776.00, bringing the total contract amount to $47,516,755.00

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council (1) adopt a finding that the project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Class 32/Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines, and that none of the exceptions to exemptions set forth in Section 15300.2 apply; and (2) approve Design-Build Contract Amendment No. 2 for Phase Two of a Progressive Design-Build Agreement with Bomel Construction Company Inc. to provide design and construction services related to the H Street Parking Structure Project (Project) for an amount not to exceed $45,123,776.00, bringing the total contract amount to $47,516,755.00, and authorize the Capital Projects Director or designee to sign a final Contract on behalf of the City of Fresno.
