1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Sections 15301/Class 1, 15303/Class 3, 15304/Class 4, and 15311/Class 11 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines
2. Award a project consulting services contract to KABOOM!, of Washington D.C. in an amount not to exceed $131,500
3. ***RESOLUTION - Approving the reallocation of $377,800 within the PARCS Department’s UGM Parks Citywide Facility Fees to address funding for Tollhouse Park (Subject to Mayor’s Veto) (Requires 5 affirmative votes)
