In accordance with federal regulations, the City of Fresno has prepared the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2014 Program Year. The CAPER will be available for a 15-day public review beginning September 4th, 2015 at the City Clerk’s Office (Fresno City Hall 2600 Fresno Street Room 2133); the report is also available for review at www.fresno.gov/cdbg <http://www.fresno.gov/cdbg>.
