RECOMMENDATION

 

Staff recommends Council adopt the 49th Amendment to the Annual Appropriation Resolution No.2024-122 Appropriating $250,000 to City Attorney/Code Department for purposes of funding the Eviction Protection Program (EPP).

 

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

 

Staff proposes to increase appropriations within the City Attorney/Code Department by $250,000 from Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) Grant Program to fund the Eviction Protection Program (EPP).
