RECOMMENDATION

The City Attorney’s Office recommends Council approve an amendment to Fresno Municipal Code (FMC) section 10-2604(a)(4).

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The City Attorney’s Office is proposing to amend FMC section 10-2604 to correct a clerical error. Section 10-2604(a)(4) should refer to subsection (b), not the non-existent 2.3(3). This is the only proposed change.

ENVIRONMENTAL FINDINGS

This is not a project pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378.

LOCAL PREFERENCE

Local preference was not considered because this ordinance amendment does not include a bid or award of a construction or service contract.

FISCAL IMPACT

There is no fiscal impact.
