Actions pertaining to the citywide security services Requirements Contract with Universal Protection Services, LP dba Allied Universal Services of Fresno, California (Bid File 9686):
Approve an annual increase in an amount not-to-exceed $241,000 per year to add security for Police Department Headquarters, Granite Park Sports Complex, and an amount not-to-exceed $300,000 for future unforeseen needs, for a revised total annual amount not-to-exceed $6,136,000 for the remainder of the contract term plus annual CPI adjustments
Approve a one-time increase for the temporary security services at the Clarion Pointe shelter in an amount not-to-exceed $81,000
Approve a one-time increase for emergency security services required to secure properties and facilities acquired for the Blackstone & McKinley Grade Separation project in an amount not-to-exceed $500,000
Approve a one-time increase for emergency security services required to secure the Fresno Sanitary Landfill in an amount not-to-exceed $180,000
