RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended Council approve an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with Tutelian & Company, Inc., for North Fulton Mall Development Opportunities.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This agreement will grant Tutelian & Company, Inc., an exclusive negotiation period of 270 days to reach agreement on mutually-acceptable terms for development of the North Fulton District.
BACKGROUND
The Exclusive Negotiation agreement with Tutelian & Company, Inc., for North Fulton Mall Development Opportunities will grant Tutelian & Company, Inc., an exclusive negotiation period of 270 days to reach agreement on mutually-acceptable terms for a Disposition and Development Agreement and related documents for development of the North Fulton District. The City Manager may extend the negotiation period for an additional 180 days.
