RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council approve a Preliminary Engineering Services Agreement with BNSF Railway Company (BNSF), for the Figarden Loop Traffic Signal Improvements Project and authorize the Public Works Director or designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City of Fresno.

The Figarden Loop Traffic Signal improvements will upgrade the existing traffic signal interface between the City of Fresno (City) and BNSF systems to accommodate increased vehicle and pedestrian use.
