RECOMMENDATIONS

Staff recommends that Council (1) adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption per staff's determination, pursuant to Section 15302/Class 2 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, for the Rotary West Park Fencing Improvements Project (2) approve conditional license between the City of Fresno and Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District, and authorize the City Manager or designee to sign the conditional license on behalf of the City of Fresno (3) award a construction contract in the amount of $396,000 to Alliance Construction Solutions, Inc., of Madera, California, as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the Rotary West Park Fencing Improvements Project (Project), and authorize the Capital Projects Direct...
