Body
RECOMMENDATION
The Office of the City Clerk recommends Council approve the amended minutes from the March 13, 2025, regular City Council meeting to reflect assignment of bill number 11 to the 9:15 A.M. #2 scheduled hearing (File ID 25-311).
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The adopted City Council minutes of March 13, 2025, do not include a bill number assigned to the 9:15 A.M. #2 agenda item (ID 25-311). Bill numbers are assigned to all ordinances at the time they are introduced at City Council meetings. As the 9:15 A.M. #2 agenda item introduced an ordinance, the March 13, 2025, regular meeting minutes must be updated to reflect the assigned bill number and additional clarification as follows:
1. The words, "BILL B-11 INTRODUCED AND LAID OVER" will be added to the 9:15 A.M. #2 Scheduled Hearing (ID 25-311) on the minutes of March 13, 2025. The change can be seen on page six of the attached amended minutes.
2. To clarify the action taken during the meeting, the words, "NOT APPROVED" will be updated to read "AMENDMENTS NOT APPROVED." The change can be seen on page six of the attached amended minutes.
The amended minutes will ensure accuracy in official city records and allow the public to easily research the introduction of the ordinance.
