RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the City Council approve the Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention (HHAP) agreement with Marjaree Mason Center (MMC) to operate as a homeless family emergency shelter and authorize the City Manager to sign all implementing agreements.

Based on the evaluation completed by a selection panel, staff recommends awarding MMC a total allocation of $110,167.00 for shelter operations and coordination of services for a one-year agreement.
