SUBJECT
Title
Approval of the Amendments to City Council Regular Meeting Minutes for February 22, 2024, and November 21, 2024.

Body
RECOMMENDATION

The Office of the City Clerk recommends Council approve the amendments to the minutes of February 22, 2024, and November 21, 2024, regular City Council meetings to reflect resolution numbers assigned to agenda items previously approved by the Council.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The City Council minutes of February 22, 2024, and November 21, 2024, do not include resolution numbers assigned for two Planning and Development Department agenda items. As the agenda items in question were approved by Council, the minutes must be updated to reflect the numbers assigned to the adopted resolutions as follows:

2. The words, "RESOLUTION 2024-310 ADOPTED" will be added to the 9:15 A.M Scheduled Hearing (ID 24-1541) on the minutes of November 21, 2024. The correction can be seen on page six of the attached amended minutes.
The amended minutes will ensure accuracy in official city records and allow the public to easily locate the adopted resolutions.
