RECOMMENDATION
Adopt Resolution of Intention to annex the Territory Known as Assessor's Parcel Number 509-020-15 as Annexation No. 24 to the City of Fresno Community Facilities District No. 9 ("CFD No. 9").
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The landowner of the territory known as Assessor's Parcel Number 509-020-15 (Development Permit Application No. 2016-139, "The Vintage Apartments") has petitioned the City of Fresno ("City") to annex to CFD No. 9 to provide funding for the operation and reserves for maintenance ("Services") pertaining to the concrete curbs and gutters, and sidewalks, local street paving, and street lighting. The cost for these Services of the public improvements totals $1,337.00 annually for fiscal year 2017-2018. Annexation No. 24 is located entirely in the Fresno City Limits. The Resolution of Intention begins the process, sets the required public hearing for Thursday, March 1, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., and defines the steps required to complete the annexation.
