Actions pertaining to the Manchester Skate Park Project: (Council District 7)
1. Affirm the City Manager's finding that Provost & Pritchard Engineering Group Inc., dba Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group, is uniquely qualified;
2. Approve the professional engineering and architectural services agreement with Provost & Pritchard Engineering Group Inc., dba Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group, of Fresno, California in the amount of $95,500, and a $10,000 contingency, for the design and construction support services for the Manchester Skate Park Project.

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends City Council approve the professional engineering and architectural services agreement with Provost & Pritchard Consulting Group in the amount of $95,500, and a $10,000 contingency, for the design and preparation of construction documents for the Manchester Skate Park Project and authorize the Capital Projects Director or designee to execute the agreement on behalf of the City of Fresno.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City of Fresno Parks, After School, Recreation and Community Services Department (PARCS) proposes to design and construct a skate park at Manchester Park located at the northeast quadrant of Fresno Street and Shields Avenue within the City of Fresno.
