RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the City Council adopt a resolution approving the Final Map of Tract No. 6015.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Subdivider, FFDA Properties, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, (Darius Assemi, Vice-President), has filed for approval, the Final Map of Tract No. 6015, for a 1-lot subdivision for condominium purposes, located on the easterly side of Broadway between Calaveras and San Joaquin Streets on 1.29 net acres.

BACKGROUND

The Fresno City Planning Commission on May 1, 2013 adopted Resolution No. 13212 approving Vesting Tentative Map No. 6015 (Tentative Map) for a 1-lot subdivision for condominium purposes 1.29 net acres at an overall density of 54.26 units per acre. The Fresno City Planning Commission on May 1, 2013 adopted Resolution No. 13210 approving Conditional Use Permit Application No. C-11-163 authorizing the construction of eight fiveplex buildings, three-stories in height, with a total of 40 residential units and adopted Resolution No. 13211 approving Conditional Use Permit Application No. C-12-002 authorizing the construction of six fiveplex buildings, three-stories in height, with a total of 30 residential units.
