RECOMMENDATION

 

Staff recommends that City Council adopt the 41st Amendment to the Annual Appropriation Resolution No. 2025-179 appropriating $1,500,000 contingent on the amount of Measure P Expanded Access to Arts & Culture funds returned to the City by the Fresno Arts Council. Funds will only be made available and expended by the PARCS Department up to the amount of funds received.  This item is scheduled to be considered by the Parks, Recreation and Arts Commission (PRAC) meeting on Monday, February 23, 2026.
