RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends City Council approve the First Amendment to the Professional Architectural Services Agreement with Temple-Andersen-Moore Architects, LLP, in the amount of $60,000, increasing the total contract amount to $187,880, with a remaining contingency $10,000, for additional design and construction support services for the development of current code compliant mechanical and plumbing, and electrical improvement plans for the north building, structural improvement plans for the south building.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The City of Fresno Parks, After School, Recreation and Community Services Department (PARCS) proposes to design and construct accessibility improvements, reconfiguration and modernization of the interior spaces at both the north and south buildings at the Paul "Cap" Caprioglio Community Center at the Southwest corner of Bulldog Lane and Sixth Street.
