Body
RECOMMENDATION

Adopt Resolution of Intention to annex Final Parcel Map No. 2014-05 to the City of Fresno Community Facilities District No. 9 ("CFD No. 9").

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The landowner has petitioned the City of Fresno ("City") to have Final Parcel Map No. 2014-05 ("PM2014-05") annexed to CFD No. 9 to provide funding for the operation and reserves for maintenance ("Services") pertaining to all ground level infrastructures within the public street rights-of-way. Such facilities include, without limitation, concrete curbs, gutters, valley gutters, curb ramps and sidewalks; street name signage, street lighting, and local street paving associated with PM2014-05. The cost for the Services for these improvements totals $6,963 annually for PM2014-05 for Fiscal Year 2014-15. PM2014-05 is located entirely in the Fresno City Limits. The Resolution of Intention begins the process, sets the required public hearing for April 9, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., and defines the steps required to complete the annexation.
