Approve the Second Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement with Michael K. Nunley & Associates, Inc., of Fresno, California, to increase the total contract by an amount not to exceed $126,754.00, paid on a time and materials basis with an additional contingency amount not to exceed $19,013.00, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $229,277.00, and a revised contingency amount not to exceed $34,392.00, and to extend the term of the Agreement to December 31, 2027, for the Design of Booster Pump Replacements at Pump Stations 89A, 150, and 176 Project. (Council District 6)

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that City Council approve the Second Amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement (Agreement) with Michael K. Nunley & Associates, Inc., (Consultant), to increase the total contract by an amount not to exceed $126,754.00, with an additional contingency amount not to exceed $19,013.00, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $229,277.00 and a revised contingency amount not to exceed $34,392.00, to expand the Consultant's scope of services, and to extend the term of the Agreement to December 31, 2027, for the Design of Booster Pump Replacements at Pump Stations 89A, 150, and 176 Project (Project); and authorize the Capital Projects Director or designee to sign and execute all documents on behalf of the City of Fresno (City).
