Adopt Resolution of Intention to annex Final Tract Maps No. 6053, 6052 and 6075 to City of Fresno Community Facilities District No. 11 ("CFD No. 11").
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The landowner has petitioned the City of Fresno to have Final Tract Maps No. 6053, 6052 and 6075 annexed to CFD No. 11 to provide funding for the operation and reserves for maintenance ("Services") pertaining to the landscaping, trees and irrigation systems within the public easements in West Herndon and North Hayes Avenues and Outlot B of Final Tract Map No. 6053 (the "Public Park"); concrete curbs and gutters, valley gutters, curb ramps, sidewalks, trail and major street median hardscaping, expressway barrier fencing, street name signage, trail amenities, street lighting, and the Public Park amenities associated with these subdivisions. The cost for the Services for these improvements is $779.54/lot annually (totaling $85,749). Final Tract Maps No. 6053, 6052 and 6075 are all located entirely in the Fresno City limits. The Resolution of Intention begins the process, sets the required public hearing for Thursday, April 30, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., and defines the steps required to complete the annexation.
