Title
Actions pertaining to the Police Department Headquarters Renovation Project (Council District 3):
1. ***RESOLUTION - Adopting the 30th Amendment to the Annual Appropriations Resolution No. 2025-179 appropriating $12,000,000 for the Police Department Headquarters Renovation Project (Requires 5 Affirmative Votes) (Subject to Mayor's Veto);
2. Approve a Consultant Services Agreement with LPAS, Inc. of Sacramento, California in the amount of $1,250,000.00, with a contingency amount not to exceed $100,000.00, for the design and preparation of construction documents for the Police Department Headquarters Renovation Project.

RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the City Council (1) adopt the 30th Amendment to the Annual Appropriations Resolution No. 2025-179 appropriating $12,000,000.00 for the Police Department Headquarters Renovation Project, (2) approve a Consultant Services Agreement (Agreement) with LPAS, Inc. of Sacramento, California in the amount of $1,250,000.00, with a contingency amount not to exceed $100,000.00, for the design and preparation of construction documents for the Police Department Headquarters Renovation Project (Project) and authorize the Capital Projects Director or designee to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City of Fresno.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City of Fresno Police Department proposes to design and construct customized interior improvements at the newly leased facility located at 2314 Mariposa Mall to serve as the new Police Department Headquarters.
