Title
Actions pertaining to the installation of Immaculight-Illumipure ultraviolet disinfecting fixtures at various Parks, After School, Recreation and Community Services facilities:
1. Adopt finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to sections 15301(c), 15301(d) and 15301(e) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines
2. Approve a change order to construction contract with Alliance Building Solutions, Inc. utilizing CARES funding in the amount of $991,000 to provide and install 200 Immaculight-Illumipure ultraviolet disinfecting fixtures at various Parks, After School, Recreation and Community Services facility locations

RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends that Council:
1. Adopt finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to sections 15301(c), 15301(d) and 15301(e) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines
2. Approve a change order to the construction contract with Alliance Building Solutions, Inc. in the amount of $991,000 to provide and install 200 Immaculight-Illumipure ultraviolet disinfecting fixtures at various Parks, After School, Recreation and Community Services (PARCS) facility locations, and authorize the Public Works Director or designee to sign and execute the standardized contract change order on behalf of the City of Fresno.
