RECOMMENDATIONS

Staff recommends that Council adopt the 15th Amendment to the Annual Appropriation Resolution (AAR) No. 2019-133, adopt a finding of a Categorical Exemption and award a construction contract with Klassen Corporation for $6,260,000 for the new Fire Station No. 18 project and authorize the Public Works Director or designee to sign and execute the standardized contract on behalf of the City of Fresno.
